Learn what information to confirm before using PayID, what happens during a transfer and how to respond if a payment is delayed or sent using incorrect details.
Use only the current PayID and reference displayed in the verified payment area. Do not reuse details from an old screenshot or message.
Check the recipient information, amount and reference before approving the transfer in your banking app.
Retain the transaction reference. If processing is delayed, contact support without sending the same payment twice.
Transfers are often processed quickly, but timing can vary because of bank security reviews, first-time payments, incorrect references, maintenance or account verification. “Instant” should never be treated as a guarantee.
A service may use a different withdrawal method from the one used to deposit. Read the cashier information and complete required identity checks before requesting a withdrawal.
